Billing model

Each installation keeps its own plan and usage counter.

That means a personal sandbox repo does not consume the same quota as a production engineering workspace unless you decide it should.

FAQ

Common questions before rollout

Enough detail to understand how billing and review volume work, without turning the page into a sales script.

What counts as a PR review?

Each time NitPickr reviews an opened or updated pull request, that review run counts toward the installation's monthly limit.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial so you can validate the workflow against your repositories before committing.

What happens if I hit the monthly limit?

The installation stops producing new reviews until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a larger plan.

Do you store source code?

The product is positioned around reviewing diffs, not warehousing repositories. Persisted history focuses on metadata and review outcomes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscription management lives in the dashboard and changes apply from the installation that owns the billing record.

Do you support GitLab or Bitbucket?

The current website and dashboard are built around GitHub App installations first. Additional providers would be a future expansion.
